As an advocate for intentional living it is her passion to help others create sacred moments within their lives and their practices. She offers workshops, retreats and online courses to guide seekers towards a calmer, more peaceful life through the use of these modalities. Using the ancient Labyrinth as a practice of walking meditation is one of her most treasured pursuits.
